Update on our events and travel policy

In the light of the growing concern around the new coronavirus, or COVID-19, we at Bitrise have made the difficult decision to put a travel and conference freeze on all of our upcoming in-person event plans for the undetermined future.

Every month, we look forward with excitement to connect with our global developer community around the world, therefore this was a tough decision to make, but we need to prioritize the health and safety of our employees and the larger community at stake. In order to prevent the situation from getting worse, we also ask our employees who've recently traveled to affected countries not to come to the office in the next few weeks and encourage everyone to work from home.

In the meantime, we would like to remain committed to the community and support these developer events via different sponsorship opportunities without the in-person component. We have also chosen to work out a series of locally hosted meetups, increase our online content, and join virtual conferences whenever possible — to continue our mission of increasing the quality of apps around the world.

We will make sure to keep you updated and aim to return to the world of in-person connectivity as soon as possible. Until then, thank you for your kind understanding and do not hesitate to get in touch with us on our Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn sites, or drop us an email at letsconnect@bitrise.io.
